i forgot all about these, i was supposed to suggest marshall as a strike bowler.
can't believe noone had suggested him, he was much better than holding.
his bowling average was 20.94, it doesn't get much better than that, 22 five wicket hauls a handy batting average too of 19, which was unheard of for big fast bowlers back then.
