40m
No brainer
He's currently on the same number of PL goals as Jesus (4), coming back from a long ban and playing in a bottom half team. But apparently only the likes of Mbappe would be a suitable upgrade.
He also has less goals than Nketiah having played more minutes than Nketiah.
Where to now?
Toney plays for an inferior side, was coming back of a long time out, Eddie also scored a hat trick at home against one of the worst pl sides of all time.
Excuses.
Adebayo has 9 for Luton in almost the same minutes played as Toney.
You used goals , then you didn't want to use goals.
Make up your mind.
If it's goals, then Eddie is scoring more this year than Toney - in less time.
Toney scored 20 last year, he is proven, Eddie couldn’t even get that in the championship.
7 penalties
Even with all his penalties
Premier league - all years
Toney 0.47 goals per 90
Nketiah 0.43 goals per 90
Toney has the edge in holding the ball up and aerial ability, not much in terms of his goal productivity though
Without pens in the PL, Nketiah has a better goal rate than Toney.
Toney as a straight replacement as the 3rd string striker might be worth it - although I wouldn't trust his personality at our club.
