Coq didn't offer enough in playmaking, fine when he had cazorla to do it he was a freak player, also he wasn't a massive physical presence as a stand alone dm, i liked him and didn't feel we needed to sell but we can get a lot better

Reflecting back on last season particularly the second half of it, Xhaka has actually been REALLY good. Perhaps we won't sign a DM and Xhaka will play a regista role in a 4-3-3 system.

I think Ramsey definitely has to start for us. I'm not 100% sure about Wilshire and Ozil. Wilshire has potential to be absolutely immense next season but it could go completely the other way.

I think Xhaka is someone who can benefit from some proper instructions from his manager in a more organised midfield, which we should get under Emery. If he can get his head down and work on his game he could really improve next season.

My thoughts exactly. In my opinion of we don't buy a dm its not the end of the world. CB is the most important position we need to focus on at the moment.
