That lineup would have sufficed for today. Most knew how uneven the starting lineup was - even before the match started.

We desperately need a CM, yes. However, we're not as bad, technically, as we have exhibited under Wenger for a while now.

Why not? He is a good player and you saw his goal against us in the Emirates cup right. He would not get pushed around like pussys ramsey and xhaka. Very strong tall player with presence is what we lack

I don't understand why we have to sell to buy? Surely we need to sell to clear but not to buy. We have spent well below our earnings recently. We should have loads of money left. Wengers comments once again raise the concern that this club is just a cash cow for the owners and shareholders.
