What realistic players could we get without CL football? We'd probably spend in the range of £100m again, although the net spend would be around £40-50m. Any realistic options that would join Arsenal without CL football?

Way things are going you'll be lucky if the team finishes 6th, Wenger will either resign or be fired soon this cant go on for another 2 months.

Players arent too fussed about non-CL football as long as the £££ is big

likes of Fekir, Lacazette, Naby Keita, Tolisso, Mbappe could all be bought if we pay enough, even the likes of Nainggolan fall in that category too

Keep: Alexis, Kos, Bellerin, Xhaka (has been largely crap but will come good), Cazorla, Mustafi (last chance) and Iwobi, Welbeck, Perez, Ospina for squad depth

Sell: Giroud, Ramsey, Coquelin, El Neny, Ozil, Monreal, Gibbs, Cech, Ospina, Debuchy, Oxlade, Walcott, Cech, Gabriel

Release: Sanogo, Jenkinson, Mertersacker

We will be left with 10 players fit to stay in the squad so some major reinforcements needed

Lukaku will be available in the summer, he would be a good replacement for Giroud. Not all players worry about Champions League if the money is right.

Arsenal's main problem is the defence, having conceded 34 goals already, thats as more than middlesboro' (30), Spurs have only let in 19 .

We need better central and midfield defenders and a better defensive strategy.

Hopefully a new manager would address that as a priority.

Well united didn't have any problem signing top players with no CL football last summer.

Iheanacho should be our main priority in the summer IMO needs games and I don't think we'd have to break the bank for him, he's basically in the same situation as Lukaku was at Chelsea and if we allow him to move elsewhere he'll be overpriced at something like 60M+ in a few years like Lukaku.

Sell Giroud, one of Jack and Ramsey and Monreal.
Sign Keita, Dahoud, Mbappe and Ghoulam.

-----------------Cech--------------

Bellerin---Kos---Mustafi---Ghoulam

----------------Xhaka------------

----------Keita-------Dahoud-

Alexis---------------------------Özil

--------------Mbappe----------------

Use 4-3-3 when we play big games and away games, use 4-2-3-1 at easy home games with Özil #10 and put one of Chambo/Theo/Iwobi/Lucas to replace Dahoud to be used at wide.

if we don't want to become worse than we already are two things needs to happen, imo:

1. If Wenger's leaving, he needs to come out and say so ASAP. The sooner, the better
2. Additions to the squad needs to be identified as early as possible and initial bids needs to be over the odds. Cannot afford to dilly-dally and leave things late. Some clubs will realize that they won't get a better deal if they stall and might sell.

(Jorginho/Vieira)
Saka Jesus Martinelli
(Pepe/Nelson) (Nketiah/Balogun) (Trossard/ESR)

Depends on the manager imo, whoever comes in will bring at least 1 that he knows and trusts from before.

Allegri and Tuchel have good players they could bring with them, of course the players have to want to come.

I don't think there is a Juve player who would want to join Arsenal, except maybe squad players like Lemina or Sturaro. From Dortmund Reus, Auba, Weigl wouldn't join. I'd take Sokratis but CB isn't a priority and he is unlikely to move as well.
