Some notes:
1- Yes, i know it wouldn't be that easy to get rid of all our deadwood in one summer. it's a very idealistic list
2- Cech and Szczesny should battle it out to be our number 1
3- I prefer Van Dijk to come in as a new CB to add some height and strength to the compared not so big Koscielny and Mustafi
4- Sorry for Gabriel to want him out, but still i am not so sure, that he would come that good one day. Good squad player at best and we have plenty of them
5- Mertesacker shouldn't have renewed from the beginning and should be released (Thanks CrimsonGunner11 for pointing that out )
6- We have some average midfielders (El Neny and Coquelin). Some upgrades would be welcomed. I would prefer El Neny to be replaced by a quick agile midfielder preferably Naingollan or Nabi Keita, and Coquelin with a big destroyer midfielder. Krychowiak comes to my mind, as he should be available and is a big improve on Coquelin.
7- Sorry for Wilshere, but we shuld move on from him.
8- Cazorla can still play a part role like Giggs or Scholes in their last years. He could be replacing any of the midfield duo or Özil in some games.
9- Ramsey as a central or attacking midfielder could be also ok for some games
10- A midfield of Xhaka - Nainggolan - Krychowiak for big games would never let us be overrun again.
11. Pay Özil and Sanchez what they want. New signings should convince them to stay.
12- Giroud should stay our supersub. Perez should still get enough games in case we need to rest Özil, Sanchez or our main striker
13- I prefer Laca or Morata as our main striker. Onyekuru can be loaned out, when bought or getting some smaller games.
14- Time to move on from players from the category of Walcott and Welbeck
15- Most importantly: get a real manager on board
