The world class/top quality strikers today are all above 28 (Suarez, Aguero, Ibra, Lewandowski, Higuain, Benzema). Auba, who's relatively young, is already 27.

This is scary. Unless the likes of Dybala, Gab Jesus, Kane, et al step up, we're going to have a mediocre lot of striker for the next 3-4 years.

At this stage, Aguero at Arsenal would ensure a league title provided Ozil and Alexis stay.

Lol they will step up. They always do.

You're also leaving out Neymar and Griezmann.

Left them because they're not out-and-out strikers like the ones I mentioned.

I don't watch them much but I'm sure Griezman and Neymar are as much strikers as Dybala and Jesus

Neymar is already considered a world class attacker. And Griezmann is somewhere there too.

The reason I pointed at Dybala, Jesus, and Kane is because they can make a name for themselves as world class strikers as opposed to Neymar/Griez, who already have a reputation. Harry Kane does have a reputation in England, but I don't know why - I still feel he's limited in a way.

He has a reputation because he scores goals. He's top 10 for mins/goal in the PL and he's in his 3rd season now

Oh, he does - and everything else, he's pretty limited. More English hype. He's a great finisher though.

TCMD = The Celtic Moussa Dembele

Ozyakup is quality for anyone who watches the Turkish league they'll tell you he's the best player, letting him go was a mistake, he's not better than Cazorla but he's certainly better than Ramsey, Wilshere and Xhaka.

Szczesny was for the banter lol

I don't hate him lmao he's a funny guy and I love his passion he's just crap

If we're going for Bantz, I want Almunia back. Oh, and Hleb and Denilson

Özyakup has been nothing special this season. He's not good enough for a starting role for us.
