Heard any rumours? This is the place to discuss potential transfer targets.

It wouldn't. We have enough players that can do a job on the wing and we definitely don't need another player with an iffy end product.

Sam Greenwood !

Solid talent. Was close to joining United apparently but the deal fell through because they already had Mason .

I keep watching this fella and find him quite intriguing for the most part.

No need to outline what he offers as a player as the pro's and con's of his game are there for all to see.

However, I for one wouldn't mind seeing him swap black and white for red and white on the basis that I see something within that could better utilise his abilities and convert him into a strker instead, although my logic then takes over to assume that other coaches must have identified that little speck of possiblity also only to have found that it bore no fruit, mustn't they?

In the more than likely high probability of Lacazette being on his way out, I'd be tempted to replace him with his fellow Frenchman and arm ourselves with a healthy variety of strikers in Aubameyang, Martinelli, Balogun and St-Maximin.

And in case anyone is wondering, no, I haven't dropped any LSD or other mind altering drugs.

I’ve always liked him…. If he had as many opportunities as PEA, he’d score more I think.

Newcastle United are open to letting winger Allan Saint-Maximin leave the club this summer, reports 90min.

Since joining the Magpies from Nice in 2020, the Frenchman has proved very popular amongst the St James' Park faithful and has been pushing for an extension.

However, his salary is far from cheap and a pay rise could prove problematic given his current deal is not due to expire until 2026, with Newcastle now considering a sale as his entourage begins to listen to offers amid links with Barcelona.

Doubt ASM leaves. Newcastle are not where Man City were in 2008, there is no Robinho or other big star willing to join them in the summer. ASM could be that guy.

They should be looking to attract and keep all the midtable players they can. They should be looking to become a Top 10 team and that alone will take years. No Txixi or Soriano here to build the infrastructure for them.

He has so many alleged issues off the pitch we shouldn't go near him - the only reason that Newcastle are considering selling an undoubted talent on a long contract is that despite the hype he just doesn't deliver. He never really has -

2015–2016 Hannover 96 (loan) 16 games 1 goal
2016–2017 Bastia (loan) 34 - 3
2017–2019 Nice 64 - 9
2019– Newcastle United 78 - 11

Aged 25 he's not a youngster 254 games 34 goals - Aged 26 Pepe 316 games 86 goals ..... just where's the improvement?

My perception is that he's a bit hit and miss, Howe made some comment about him, can't remember it now, but it was suggesting he had issues with him.

He's not good enough and won't make it at Newcastle once they start bringing in new players - lets not be drooling over Newcastle cast offs.

You've said that once already! Some of think that he is good enough and would inject some excitement into our performances.
