Imo we haven't had a world class CB since kolo and sol . Kos was decent/good but never world class .

Kos had one great season to which some top striker (I think it was Kun, but could be wrong) said that he's the best in the Prem or he was the best he has faced. Of course that was at the time of his wonderful form. But yea he was hit and miss.

Kos mert vermaelen were decent/good players but not world class level

Vermaelen wasn’t even close to the other two.

Anyway guess we’ll be going for this guy or Upamecano in the summer.

I think he was good injuries derailed his career he would bang in goals for us aswell

Verminator in his first season was brilliant, he had more bottle than Kos, he was gash after injurys 2nd season onwards.

He was always too rash and exactly, Kos and Mert had sustained periods where they were good, if not great.

Vermaelen had 1 season then decided to pass the ball to RVP when he was wearing the wrong shirt.

Ya sadly injuries robbed him , he was good pre injuries. I think it was never in arsenal philipshy to spend big on defenders we gotta change this.
