I don’t think that solves it as far as my understanding of third party ownership goes

If Benfica own 80% and Paranense own 20% if he goes there, a potential buyer has to agree two seperate fees with two different clubs

If Benfica want £30m for 80%, Paranense - though unlikely - could also demand £30m for their 20%
