Yeah lets be realistic, we've just signed the idiot up.

Vinai has his career rafted to Arteta's now, he's going to back him to the hilt because how does he turn round to Stan and say ......... the man I backed with all your money and an extension isn't up to task?

There are others on the board with a vote on the matter. Stan obviously sends his proxy, Josh has a vote and there's Richard Garlick, the guy who's supposed to be doing due diligence on our transfers.

What power do they have?

They are employees, they don't own shares like the old board, Stan owns 100% of the club so he can technically and literally do whatever he likes, he doesn't need to accept peoples votes.

He can veto and fire the enitre "board" surely?

I've just looked it up, the members of the board are ............

Lord Harris of Peckham, Josh Kroenke, Stan Kroenke and a non-executive Director in Tim Lewis.

So who on this board would even vote against what the Kroenke's want?

Two of them are Kroenke's and one is a non-exec.

So yeah, we do what Stan wants lol.

Richard Garlick isn't on the board.

My point was that Vinai has convinced Stan that this "project" is going to work so Stan is on board so no ones going to be voting against it.

Strengthen with what i bet the budget got vastly smaller with no CL. And the pool of available players will have got smaller also

Someone who understands what the club are actually doing.
It should be obvious though as they have openly said it.

Tuchel and Nagelsmann could both be available in the near future. Tuchel would be my preference as he knows EPL well and gives academy players opportunities.

Tuchel has a horrible habit of crumbling at the latter stages of the season. Happened at Dortmund and now at Chelsea.

They've been lucky last and this season that the teams below them were too shit to capitalise. Tuchel seems a top knockout manager (similar to Unai) but has barren runs of form multiple times per season in the league (again similar to Unai).

He's also failed to get any of the big money Chelsea signings playing their absolute best football.

You've said he's no good on numerous occasions

Changing your mind again?

Hell no. Don't want him anywhere near us. Better than Arteta no doubt which isn't hard but no thanks

Do I have to say Im sarcastic in every sarcastic post?

I'd take a straight swap. Poch can work with our young team and Arteta can take the next big step in his career: paying Mbappe to leave for Madrid.
