Well I meant if the fees were negligible tbh, I’m expecting at this point if they want him out on loan then they’re pretty desp.

Barca want to offload before clause is triggered
Arsenal could be given a boost in their bid to sign Philippe Coutinho due to a clause in his transfer from Liverpool to Barcelona.
According to the Express, Coutinho is 10 games away from triggering a clause that would see Barca pay another £20 million ($28m) to Liverpool, after reaching 100 appearances.
Barca are keen to avoid this and it is widely reported Coutinho will be sold this summer.
