I think its right, but refers to actual outlay this season as oppose to total sum that these transfers will be:

Saliba - 27m + addons but 5m upfront

Tierney 25m inc addons but a reported 10m-15m offer upfront (rejected)

Ceballos - loan - probable loan fee 2-4m?

Cant remember any installments but I assume whichever way the deal is tabled, I bet the first installment will be around 20m offered for this season for zaha or everton.

Problem with the above:

Celtic want better terms now and want either addons to be more guaranteed so they are paid out. This might leave us without enough budget to get a winger as well.
