Rumor that he has a 15m release clause. Either way I think we get him for 20m or less.

Arsenal are monitoring 3 Argentine midfielders. Exequiel Palacios (River), Nahitan Nández and Emanuel Reynoso (Boca). No offers have been made but they are following closely trying to find a replacement for Ramsey. - @TNTSportsLA
