Jerome Boateng

Heard any rumours? This is the place to discuss potential transfer targets.

Lol true, Vida never did have it, he isnt top class or anything but we are only going for him cause hes 18m and we are chancing it with a few days left. Honestly this reminds me of our old days, not very fun at all. I hope next window we can go all in on some big names.

By the time we get a big cb the striker situation will be shit again ... Vice versa. We need to spend 200 Million one summer

Would be an absolutely sick signing, poor world cup but he's quality.

I dont know why would spend near £50m for this guy when we could get Koulibaly for about 20m more whos pretty much the same player but with pace and 3-4 years younger.

boateng still is quality one bad tourny doesnt change that for me not long ago he was the best cb in the world but i do agree price should be lower . Vida wasnt that bad int he world cup and i thought he was better then lovren he organised the d and they made the final so not bad. he was always there to win the ball as well and can fill in at fullback

Totally agree, level above our defenders.

But like Zedie says, we aren't getting him.

He seems to be going to United on loan, Sky Sports have said its extremely likley, they don't want to pay up front because of his injury problems and shoddy world cup.

Lol, shit is hitting the fan at Man Utd. They cant even get Boateng! Apparently its because he thinks they cant win the CL and he's right. It makes more sense to go to PSG, thats where I expect him to end up.
