yeah its comical and they other day when a bunch of journo's with Arsenal connections claimed it was all coming from Maddison's end was even funnier, its only coming from this guy

I have it on good authority - top quality source - that Maddison will sign for Arsenal. Honestly.
All I need now is a Twitter account... oh wait.

AFCBell was pretty accurate last year so i believed it for a while even though it didn't make sense, however AFCBell back tracked immediately after Romano and Orny broke the Odegaard news yesterday.

Leicester City are open to selling James Madison for the right price this summer, reports the Daily Mail.

A fee of around £50m would be enough to tempt Leicester as Brendan Rodgers wants to revamp the squad this summer.

The manager is looking to bring in a centre-back, midfielder and forward in the next transfer window, but he realizes he will not be able to do so without selling on someone like Madison, who previously had interest from Arsenal, for a large fee.

Quality player. Has end product.

Would do well

I do like him, but we have many other areas to improve before this one and the premium we'd have to pay would be more than I would want to pay.

Odegaard, ESR, even Saka can play centrally. If buying Maddison stops us getting a proper CF and CM, then it's a no from me

Agree.
Good player but even if we had the money there is no point in replacing what we already have.

We're getting the better player (for our needs) in Tielemans for reportedly half the price of this guy.

North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham will go head-to-head over the signature of Leicester City's James Maddison, reports the Sun.

Maddison is rated at £60 million by the Foxes and could be up for sale this summer in order to free up funds for a squad overhaul.

Neves is better than both, keep Xhaka as back up. Bring in Saliba and use White as fourth choice CM.
