decent player but don't think he's top 4 quality and that's our MINIMUM aim to return to.

Norwich City and England Under-21 midfielder James Maddison's hopes of a Premier League move have been boosted by the news his knee injury is not as serious as first thought - Manchester City, Tottenham, Arsenal and Everton are among those interested in the 21-year-old. (Mirror)

Arsenal should sign Leicester City midfielder James Maddison as a replacement for Aaron Ramsey, says Tony Cascarino.

Ramsey will switch to Juventus in the summer and Maddison, who joined the Foxes for £20m from Norwich last summer, has impressed during his debut Premier League season.

Former Chelsea striker Cascarino, wrining in his column in The Times, said: "I look at Maddison and I think, ‘Arsenal is your team'.

"The long goal for the north London side is targeting certain players in the summer and Maddison should be the man to replace Aaron Ramsey."


He's done well. Not Ramsey quality but young enough to get there.
