Hes got the potential to be world class, and he probably will be, but right now hes nowhere near it, just watch England vs Netherlands, he would get eaten alive by counter attacking shitey clubs like Bournemouth.
And yes there is no chance he will join us.
Its easy to look like a boss in the Dutch league, Poostafi would probably be amazing there, he had some of the best stats in europe when he was at Valencia and was touted as the better option over Manolas, google it and you'll see, yeah he has done well in the champions league, but that whole squad is good, but probably not better than us, they were only in the competition because its a pub league and they are the richest team there.
Great potential is not what we need as a immediate fix.
