I refuse to believe any of you actually follow the Argentine Primera División.

I don't mean quality wise, I have no idea as you correctly assessed. I mean that we don't have a chance when europe's top clubs are genuinely interested.

Has he been described as the next Messi yet?

If so then I don't want him

Lol people that only watch European soccer should pipe down. Alot of good attackers come out of south America and if we have a shot at someone being chased by European elites we shouldn't act like a small club.

Arsenal is the underdog of the big clubs in the recent years because we lacked of good players. I think we have better players now, players that can fight for the top positions and that makes us more attractive for others to come. Nobody wanted to come to a team without good player but now with Aubameyang, Lacazzette, Ozil, Mhkitaryan (and I hope some more) I think Arsenal can be an interesting destination for strong players from weaker leagues. Actually, Boca is a strong team and Pavón is a CHAMPION with Boca, that is what we need, players that know how to become champions of his leagues, people that are hungry to keep winning and not just wanting to get the paycheck.. We neeeeeed some fu&$!"ng strong players like PAVON.

Benfica is a good stepping stone for him, he will end up at Barca or Madrid I reckon.

Would even be a good replacement for Griezmann at Atletico.

I wish we would take a punt on players like this but we never do for some reason.

Probably ownership rights issues. It's common in S America for players to be owned by 3 or more companies and back handers to be required to sign them. The neymar deals are probs the most extreme. Just too messy to sign the next messi

Sometimes elite players joining a Portuguese club can be a problem later on because they put giant release clauses on the players, he might regret this later on.

This also might mean Zivkovic is on the move, if not they will have some really dangerous wingers.

Yeh the Neymar deals are so crazy FIFA needs to step in I think and make a different fair play transfer thing that other clubs can match rather than these oil tycoons dodging fair play regulations with loans and payments paid over loads of years etc.

I mean hes a great player, but they are talking about Madrid paying his £307m release clause lol.

Pavón is probably starting against Croatia. If he do a great job we will regret we didnt get him on time.

:s Some rumours say we are interested in Brahimi... Jesus Christ... Paying 30M for Brahimi instead of paying 25.8M for Pavón. Unless the player isn't interested of coming to Arsenal I believe we aren't doing the right business.

He's signed an extension with Boca. New release clause is €50m.

Will most likely go to Spain next summer.
