How many years between RVP and Laca?

This is a huge development. Respected transfers specialist Gianluca Di Marzio has dropped a massive story, suggesting Manchester United are in the running to sign Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal.
It was long thought that Sanchez was on his way to be reunited with Pep Guardiola at Manchester City but Jose Mourinho would love nothing more than to get one over his big rival.
Di Marzio says Mourinho may even have a trump card: Henrikh Mkhitaryan. The Armenian is apparently admired by Wenger having fallen out of favour at Old Trafford. Mkhitaryan plus cash for Sanchez? It would be quite the story.

Of course it's assumed Sanchez's primary motive to move to City is to link up with Pep but it wouldn't surprise me if he'd be content joining United (exiting Arsenal for an ambitious CL club is what he really wants imo). United would likely pay him a similar high salary as City, they offer him an ambitious club always looking to win rather than save money, they're in the Champions League, and they're becoming stacked with talent. Lastly, unlike at City, Sanchez would always be able to start at United rather than be occasionally rotated due to City's abundance of top attacking players - Aguero, Sterling, Gabriel Jesus, and Leroy Sane (we all know how much Sanchez hates not playing).
^That aspect of the rumor makes sense.
Mkhitaryan though would be a disappointing replacement to say the least. He's basically flopped at a top club (signing him would reaffirm our status as a Europa League club lacking ambition), he's about to turn 29 so he's in his prime which hasn't been very impressive (and who knows how long until he declines...), and he'd likely be on very high wages. We need a replacement for Sanchez but Mkhitaryan is not that man despite his apparent availability. We don't need an underwhelming 29 year old whose signing would mean the end of any pursuit of other much better players like Draxler (my dream replacement for Sanchez).
Lastly, it took me like 5 years to learn how to spell Szczesny... I don't want to learn how to spell Mickatarian.
