Depends on where he goes.

If PSG offer £50m, accept it and reinvest the money. It's either that or he leaves on a free transfer in a year, probably to a domestic rival.

If we get no acceptable offers from abroad then we shouldn't sell him to an English club under any circumstances (bar a £100m bid or something stupid).

Keep Alexis at whatever cost. If you keep him and add Lemar and Lacazette there is a faint hope we can challenge for the league. Without him we have no shot. Who cares if he leaves on a free next season. I for one don't think he's got too many seasons left in him and it may be a blessing not to be stuck with paying him 300k a week for the next 5 years.

Think long-term mate. Thinking only about this season in isolation, id want Sanchez. He knows the club now so doesn't need to adjust and will hit the ground running.

Next season he's gone and we are then in a market to sign a replacement anyway, but with even more inflated prices than this summer. If we got Lemar and mahrez now, those two, lacazette and the rest of the squad will he fully integrated after a period of finding their feet which would be good while we've got to play farmers instead of top ballers in Europe.
