Need to try and take this approach for any other potential targets (i.e. if they're available)

Draxler. Not going to get any game time at PSG, start panicking about his world cup spot and be looking to a move. We should do draxler and Rafinha deals in jan. They'll be less messy than summer with the World Cup on.

This reminds me of the times the likes Lukaku and De Bruyne were available from Chelsea people thought nothing much about them other than being decent players with potential at the time which is what Thiago is currently.

We can either buy him now for a low transfer fee and take a minimal risk or wait until he moves to an Everton/Wolfsburg club and flourishes then compete with big clubs for his signature at an astronomical transfer fee and If he flops it's not like we've spent a ridiculous amount on him.

We should have so gone for de Bryune when he was available for cheap. Not surprised tho. We're not tactical neither shrewd, nor prolific, in the transfer game these days.

There was a time when Wenger would buy a forward with the most notorious reputation in Europe. And today, we go out of our way to buy limited players...

Barcelona have put Brazilian midfielder Rafinha up for sale - according to Diario Sport.

Everton, Arsenal and West Ham United have all been linked with moves for the 27-year-old, who has also been offered a contract at Lazio.

Rafinha spent last season on loan at Celta Vigo, but is now expected to undertake a new challenge in the Premier League.
