These players aren't ready to carry us a whole season yet. Potentially yes.

I think with the rest of the year to build more chemistry and experience they will be fine

Mystic Meg told me that if Auba goes Barca in the next few days then we will get this guy, if not, no chance.

Wouldn't be opposed to a loan deal for him. :cold2:

Arsenal are considering a swap deal with Atletico Madrid that would see 28-year-old French striker Alexandre Lacazette moving to Spain, and compatriot Thomas Lemar, 24, coming the other way. (AS - in Spanish)

He's a crock. Five injuries in a year and a half at Madrid.
He's either made of glass or cries off with the slightest knock. Either way - hope we steer clear.

Ends the 2019/20 season with 0 goals and 0 assists. This was the guy Wenger was holding out for on deadline day in 2017.

considering Atletico spent €70m on him, Pepe's 18 G+A is certainly looking a lot better.

Yeah lemar has flopped but somethings going on there because he’s definitely better than that. Needs to go back to a lesser team and work his way up.

Btw most of us would’ve been happy with a 60m signing of Lemar at that point so don’t act like wenger was a tard for it.

Hes been at Atletico since 2018. Last season he had 2G 3A in 31 La Liga games. That is dogshit considering the level of most teams in La Liga.

He's so bad that Simeone brought back Carrasco on loan from China to replace him.

Yeah like I said he's flopped there. Doesn't mean he's an awful player just not worked out for him.

Needs to move and build himself up again, if he can be bothered.

Those are Ozil numbers mate. This guy's level is Ligue 1. His valuation is based purely on him being in that magical 2016/17 Monaco squad alongside Mbappe, B Silva, Mendy and Bakayoko. Of those players, Mendy and Bakayoko have flopped hard. Add this guy to the list.
