You can see this game against a good spurs team his matured a lot and doesn't hold onto the ball as long, his a very good player he does a respectable job as a 10 constantly receiving the ball back to goal which shouldn't even be his game.

It's a bit different bellion is basically a sanago purchase, shows some attributes at a very young age, cheap buy no risk if he turns out shit.

Barkley is big money, played in our division for a long time more homework would be done.

You just have an irrational hate for him clearly bringing up bellion, one thing not thinking his good enough for us or the big time which is fine he hasn't proven he is, not seeing he has good technique and thinking his some terrible player is stupid though.

To be fair, he has good technique and has more football brain than our longest serving player. It's just that he's not an improvement from Ramsey or Oxlade-Chamberlain. He would make an interesting addition to the squad and we can all hope he gets better, but how is that going to justify the 40 to 50 mil Everton wants for him?

Barkley has good technique but poor decision making and he holds on to the ball for too long. He is strong, quick and has a great shot, but his end product/stats are poor considering his ability. Him and Wilshere are the 2 biggest letdowns, 2 players with technical ability that could get them into any football team ... but neither player delivers.

Perhaps he does need a change of environment to realise his potential, who knows .........
