I've not watched many of these play so can't comment on who I'd prefer but if we swapped out Ozil for Isco I'd be pretty content. I feel like he's a bit more versatile and could be used in a couple of different positions.

Tolisso. Admittely I haven't seen a lot of him. Looks interesting and is realistic though. Occassionally plays CAM too

Wouldn't work. The midfield would be flat as heck.

If you want a DM or a dynamic CM in there, we'd be much better off with:

Xhaka
Rajda/Vidal - Wilshere


Xhaka has to play as the deepest CM. That's where he's most effective.

You can get away with Xhaka as the deepest man in a three so long as you have legs around him

It's the norm for all elite sides to work like that

Cazorla ramsey

Has a really nice balance to it, everyone has their own strengths which protect everyone's weaknesses.
