Good reflexes but spills a lot - he's similar to Ospina on thar regard.

One example is when Ramsey should have cut the ball back after Pickford displayed butter fingers.

Another one is when he parried Xhaka's long range effort straight back into play for Monreal to slot home.

A better/more experienced keeper always parries wide when he has the chance - Pickford failed to do that.

If an Arsenal keeper makes these errors he'd be under strong reproval amongst us fans.

Agreed.

He has good reflexes but has trouble holding onto the ball.

Made saves any decent keeper should make tbh. Don’t let that bbc commentator fool you because he wet his pants every time Pickford touched the ball

His saves look better cos he’s small for a keeper but he’s been great this tournament still

Not sure why people would even post in here, we've just signed a keeper so this is def not going to happen.

Tbf as well people shouldn't focus on WC performances as they don't always translate to season long prem performances tbf.

Everyone looks heroic when doing well in the WC but can look ordinary in a season.

He's good but has brain lapses - just look at his season for Everton, he didn't exactly set the world alight. That said I expect when he "calms down" he will be a great keeper.

He definitely has a 'panicked' look on his face at times, the talent is definitely there tho.

He looks very good, personally i would be skeptical about having a keeper that short for the pl, if he won the world cup though he could be forgiven for anything so i wouldn't care if we signed him

Obviously we will not be in for him because we just signed Leno and currently have to many decent keepers, but i'd not say no to him if we were in for him in the future, i still like Butland also.
