Assuming we get him you'll start to release he's nothing special just like Courtois who looked elite under defensive sides like AM and Joses Chelsea but is now being found out

Whenever I think of oblak, I always think of the embarrassing performance in the shootout in the CL final.

It's the first time I'd heard or seen him play live and first impressions last.

plus Liverpool have money to burn by the looks of it considering they have apparently got about 700m total worth less than us, our stingey yank owners ruin us.

hes world class but for 80m iunno thats a bit steep id rather take a chance on someone up and coming or try to bring back chez. id rather spend 80m on koulibaly but thats not gonna happen

Liverpool's owners are also American. I fail to see how that descriptor is relevant.

Leno is average, might as well get Karius

If you have the choice of a player that is the best in his position or two average - good players you take the best.

We're bargain bin shopping. I'd rather buy world class players that are part of our spine for years and leave some gaps in the squad for youth/freebies than sign stop gaps we want to upgrade on as our ambitions increase but can't because we overpay them
