hope he comes good though

Same age as tevez when he moved to the hammers.

He's looks skinnier then a twig would need to bulk up considerably to be able to withstand the premiership tevez was built like a tank

Not really Koscielny was 24 when we bought him and he was considered a talent.

Koscielny was a defender and playing in France.

So your point is?

Koscielny was playing at a higher level, this guy's still in Argentina. Defenders usually take some more time to reach their full potential compared to creative midfielders/ strikers.

France is hardly a top league and you do realise that he only played in Ligue 1 for a year before that he was in ligue 2.

Both of which earned him a big move. And Ligue 1 isn't the same level as the Prem, la Liga or Bundesliga, but it's still way better than Argentina.

There is no league that guarantees more success in the PL than French league and there is no league who has as many young talents of quality than france

Are people arguing against swooping on young Argentinian talent before they move to Europe and become unobtainable?

Imagine the posts when a young aguero first started showing glimpses of quality in SA....

What's his work permit situation? The media keep saying it wont be a problem but dont explain further. He doesnt have the required international experience, nor would he qualify as a special talent. Does he have a European passport?

No idea, but he looks really good player. Speed and ball controll reminds alot from Angel Di Maria. He is even left footed.

"Actually there was an approach, but it didn't go any further," representative Daniel Campos told Sport Witness. "I see it more for the future. That's up to Lanús [his valuation]. But around €10m [£8.5m, $11.12m]. No doubt he'd be delighted to play in the Premier League and for Arsenal."

Considering the rate at which we do our transfer business he'll probably be signed in the January transfer window for 30m.
