He's looks skinnier then a twig would need to bulk up considerably to be able to withstand the premiership tevez was built like a tank

Not really Koscielny was 24 when we bought him and he was considered a talent.
Koscielny was a defender and playing in France.
So your point is?
Koscielny was playing at a higher level, this guy's still in Argentina. Defenders usually take some more time to reach their full potential compared to creative midfielders/ strikers.
France is hardly a top league and you do realise that he only played in Ligue 1 for a year before that he was in ligue 2.
