Supposedly Arsenal and Spurs are interested in Dutch Winger Quincy Promes.

Contract extension with Moscow Spartak hasnt been going well.

Rumors etc. so as always, take it with a grain of salt.

Didn't go well with the last Quincy... but I suppose that was more down to Wenger's favouritism to Brits, specifically David "I don't want to be Beckham, honest!" Bentley.

Average attacking midfielder. He's good infront of goal and of course very technically accomplished. with serious pace.

would improve on what we have. He won't become a world beater or anything though.
