would be a quality purchase, only gonna get better in the PL, serie A is less about recovery pace.

I reckon we'll get him. No inside info, just a feeling.

I think the top teams will look for younger players like upamecano. I think napoli will want to cash in before he reaches 30 (read gabriel magalhaes was going to be his replacement). I can see us getting him for a reduced fee on deadline day.

Like I said, no info, just me putting two and two together and getting twenty two.

For me it makes no sense to spend big money on a 29 year old, especially given our lack of funds these days.

He may be good but we’d be better off signing someone like Upemecano who is younger, will be around for a long time and has time to improve.

We signed Sokratis at 29 and 2 seasons later he was done.

I hope you're wrong, as whilst I do rate him he's just not the right age category and we need to spend wisely after years of wasting money.
