I know he's been strongly linked with us recently but never seen him play. With that said, I'd bet he would be a good signing just going off the other teams watching him

Don't think we'll buy him due to Kolasinic being bought in and once Monreal leaves I think that Bramhall will be give the chance as second choice.

I know any Celtic player performing well will often have the quality of league they play in used to dismiss their ability but Tierney is the real deal. I don't think we need him due to Kolasinac's acquisition but if he ever leaves Celtic it'll be to a top 10 English club, I'm sure. He's so good for his age.

Would be shocked if we aren’t in for him or Chilwell given it’s an area we desperately need to address

Tierney’s ceiling is higher but he doesn’t count as homegrown

Would like Tierney, and he would be about half of the price of Grimaldo.

On the occasional times I have watched Celtic over the last three years my focus has primarily been on Tierney (due to the links to us and some of the other top premier league teams) and more often than not he has been their most consistent player.

I don't think he's been as swashbuckling and prominent as he was certainly two years ago but has still been decent and would say overall he is just a little bit better than Robertson at Liverpool.

If it is a genuine possibility that we could acquire him this summer, then I say go for it.

I know some don't see the need to spend big on a left back because Kolasinac seems to have found his form again and even shown a slight improvement in his defensive application, but I am still of the opinion that he should be redeployed as a full time wide left midfielder instead of full back, as that position just appears to suit his natural game better.

I don’t see the big fuss with Chilwell tbh. Doesn’t look anything special to me. Certainly not worth the money Leicester gonna be demanding.

Would take Tierney, Grimaldo, Alex Telles and Junior Firpo over him.

Wan-Bissaka is a right back, though.

He does have all the tools to have an amazing career.

Can play football and in addition to his physical strength is lightning quick and absolutely loves to defend which can be seen in his aggression and proactivity.

His performance against Sané was immense a couple of months ago.

I'm yet to see a full back do what he did to Leroy, bullying him for pace and power all game.

Arsenal and Leicester are both interested in signing Celtic and Scotland defender Kieran Tierney, 21. Leicester want Tierney to replace defender Ben Chilwell as they anticipate bids for the Englishman. (Mirror)

Let them have him

We take Chilwell

Still worried there’s been no recent links

Despite him being a great fullback whose on the verge of exploding into the top drawer he’s also a natural leader at a young age

Would be huge for the squad to have a proper future captain in the ranks, something I don’t think we have really
