Arsenal and Chelsea want to sign 16-year-old Barcelona striker Abel Ruiz. The youngster is yet to sign a professional contract and the Catalans fear he could follow Cesc Fabregas and Hector Bellerin to England.

Barcelona’s teenage striker Abel Ruiz is being chased by a trio of Premier League clubs, claims The Mirror .
Ruiz reportedly has a £3 million release clause in his contract until 2019, with Arsenal and Chelsea already making contact with his representatives.
Manchester City, meanwhile, are also keeping track of the 17-year-old.
