Heard any rumours? This is the place to discuss potential transfer targets.

This!

We have soldiers dying on the front for so little, nurses and doctors performing their work for so little, yet someone like Bellerin gets paid 100k a week to holiday

Grow up, that's the way its always been, this is nothing new in the world.

We have soldiers going to wars they have no business being in, murdering innocent people so Gov's and business men can get richer and gain more power ......... yes lets pay these men and women more money to murder.

Don't get me wrong, I know its not their fault, most soldiers complain about being stationed there but it still doesn't make it right and I do respect and appreciate them for protecting the country, but we haven't had a morally right war since the 1940's and possibly Argentina.

Would of loved him at Arsenal but if we can't get him then I'd love to see him play for Madrid.

Good luck to him out there. Monster of a talent that can be the best in the world one day.

Can't wait to see more of him.

Plus, footballers are seen as investments. Performances, honours, shirt sales, sponsorships etc. The club pays that much to them because they make even more money off the back of them.

It's a sad cynical way to view the world but unfortunately it's the reality.

Ask yourself the question though ........... why should you really care?

Is £50m so much better? it wasn't long ago when you could get a WC player for £35m.

So who cares if its all gone nuts, its not our money.

Tbh if Mbappe becomes the next Ronaldo (Brazilian) then he'll be worth the price of 3 players.

.......... to think some actually thought we could out bid Real Madrid, lol.

It eventually becomes our money. The trickle down affect from high transfer fees, starts going to high salaries, and to keep up, owners start slowly increasing ticket prices, and concessions. It eventually does affect us.

Laughable now.

FFP was always a fool's gold, Wenger actually thought other clubs would play by the rules, rules that any dumbass could see were easy to manipulate.

His naivety/stupidity is probably the reason the board went with Kroenke and not Usmanov.

Of course it will.

Like he's going to stick around if there best player goes. Looks likely he'll leave anyway if Mbappe goes or not.

Monaco are better off rebuilding.

Seems to link up way too conveniently with the Neymar move, Barca bound imo. Plenty of tapping going on there, probably the move he wanted all along, perfect balance of stature and playing time.
