It's a bad look for Napoli to renew a deal just to sell the player days later. We all know he's for sale, but clubs usually wait until the summer so they can find a replacement. I think Osimhen himself has said he won't leave in the middle of a season.

I'd take him over Sesko. Only thing is compared to Isak he's not PL proven.
