^He just received huge praise from Henry just recently. We should get him for that reason alone. Plus I can't imagine him being happy warming the United bench forever

Mourinho would never sell him to us, he's had a fantastic season so far under the best youth development coach in the world

Agree with the first part. Second one is arguable. I would say, there are far better coaches at developing youth talents, but it isn't the issue here

I don't get why people still put Xhaka in their teams lol. Widely regarded as one of the worst players we have seen and that's saying something when we've had Arteta.

Will have 1 year left on his contract come the end of the season which would put pressure on United should he refuse to extend his contract. They would be forced to either sell him for a cut price deal or retain his services for another year and risk him walking out for nothing.

I agree, we would definitely need to add a creative player to the squad if Ozil left

I don't think Mourinho will go for it. He could get Özil by the end of the season for free and his team is doing well right now, that they are not in immediate need to add someone. We could still try getting Martial next summer, if he refuses to extend his contract with United, but they'll probably prefer to sell abroad.

Yep and I’d actually be ok with this. getting any of them will be difficult though if we don’t make CL next season. And No doubt there will be a debate about whether they would be better than what we have

The reasons you’ve mentioned is why I’m Still upset at how the club has managed player contracts tbh. This January will be massive wrt the direction the teams headed for sure

Arsenal is a mess. Özil and Alexis leaving for free. Ramsey and Welbeck will either get overpaid, leave for free or be sold next summer.
I don't see big changes with Kroenke and Wenger in charge, unfortunately.

Lol at Mourinho selling to us.

In before Cech, Abramovich is the one who sanctioned his move to us.

Problem is Mourhino won't sell to us unless we over pay, in fact he'd prob keep him just to spite us.

He's also a considerable mark down from Sanchez so either way we're screwed if we're looking at him as a replacement.

I really felt we should've put a bid this summer. He clearly wasn't happy with Jose last season.
