Welbeck is the perfect rotation option for Martial so selling or loaning out Iwobi would be good.

Rashford isn’t and will never be anywhere close to Martial’s level imo

Have you confused the two?

Rashford is the better player

Rashford is a good young player, I'll give you that. However, I don't think it's fair to compare him to Martial. On his day, Martial is a world class player. He's scored or assisted in pretty much every other game he's played for United and that's on top of Mourinho stifling his development.

Just think of all the comparisons to Henry we can make if we sign him.

Won't happen. New mgr's budget is £50m, and that's probably including whatever we make on player sales in the summer. Anybody with a brain will spend the bulk of that on a Mustafi/Merts replacement.

This has come from the daily mail alone. Wtf do they know?

We've got more than enough coming in with every tv instalment etc to have more than 50m to spend.

If its anywhere near that, at least people won't be able to blame Wenger for it and can actually start focusing on the biggest issue at the club is kronke and the board

We have enough money to spend on players but the board will only give 50m of that to the manager

They need the rest for yachts.

They don't come cheap

Yeh wont happen now, we need to spend that £50m on a tireless high work rate midfielder that can tackle and join the attacks like Nainggolan or Milinkovic-Savic.

It may not seem like it, but Wenger has spent £300m plus since 2014. Yeah, we had a negative net spend this season but i wouldn't be surprised if Kroenke thinks the current squad is good enough and doesn't need expensive upgrades.

Wenger not buying any outfield players in summer 2015 (costing us the title) was almost definitely a board decision.

Chelsea interested in making move for Manchester United’s Anthony Martial
https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/may/01/chelsea-interested-in-making-move-for-manchester-united-anthony-martial

Chelsea, braced for Real Madrid to firm up their long-standing interest in Eden Hazard, would consider the 22-year-old a player of considerable potential, but also one with the quality already to feature anywhere across their front line. The clubs negotiated Nemanja Matic’s move to Old Trafford last summer, and José Mourinho retains an interest in the Chelsea forward, Willian.
