Heard any rumours? This is the place to discuss potential transfer targets.

Interest seems to have cooled, shame as he’s a quality player.

Should get rid of Xhaka and replace him with Tielemans.

We seem to do things in a certain order and have focused on Raphina atm due to the interest in him by Chelsea and Barca which makes sense.

No need to panic.

I think Tielemans is more important for us than Raphinha, but you're right. Looks like we are focusing on Raphinha at this moment. C'mon, Edu!

Yep, thats definitely why there is more urgency for Raphina

Mirror reporting that Arteta has opted to out faith in Lokonga and drop interest in Teliemans.

Just when things were looking up... hope its BS.

Doesn't look like BS.

We've submitted a bid for Raphina, not much stopping us submitting a bid for Youri already?

In fact reports are stating Arteta is looking away from him now, when you look at the CM's we have Xhaka, Partey, Elneny, Lokonga, Arteta has possibly decided we have enough cover / players.

Unless Xhaka leaves, who's Arteta going to bench for Youri?

Roma signing Matic means Jose doesn't need Xhaka. Xhaka staying may mean we pass on Tielemans.

Seems weird though. Tielemans seemed the easiest to get and at £25m a good value option.

CM and ST are the two positions we need to strengthen the most. Would seem weird for the club to all of a sudden put trust in a midfield that let them down last season. Maybe they think with CL football we could convince him to join on a free next year and instead spend the money on other areas.

Xhaka is still only 29 so we’re set for at least another 3-4 years.

Well apparently we're back in for him now ......... can't make up their minds this lot.

Probably busy focussing on Raphina who I'm sure is considered the bigger prize.

sillyman looks an easy to get player. Leicester are also desperate to sell from the sounds of it. We are prioritising elsewhere as we may lose those targets whilst no1 else seems in for this guy. imo leicester drop their price a bit later on in the window and we get him for cheaper.

Have you not seen how we do business? We won’t drop our price, it’s already gone down due to his contract.

Our local reporter who works for The Athletic thinks that’s you’re not that interested and believes he’s likely to be here at the start of the season.

He also thinks Tielemans best fit is still Leicester

Doesn't matter how you do business as you've conned enough clubs that others are wary of your shenanigans.

You won't be selling any Maguire types. I see sillyman moving for 15-20m end of window. He's just not that important enough to chase right now.

of course it matters, it means you either meet the price that's been set or there will be no deal, we didn't budge for United on Maguire, we didn't budge for Man City on Mahrez, we didn't budge for Chelsea on Drinkwater or Chilwell (Kante had a release clause) and we won't for you either.

Whether we should or not is another issue
