Youri Tielemans

Heard any rumours? This is the place to discuss potential transfer targets.

He's been decent in some games, but in others he's been REALLY bad. The game he played against City is an example you'd show to kids on how not to play the midfield role. Still young, so might improve.

Honestly would rather an out-and-out DM in the Casemiro mold than partnering Partey in a double pivot with a non-defensive player.

DM
Partey - Odegaard

or

Partey - DM
Odegaard

would be more balanced than

Partey - Tielemans
Odegaard

or

Partey
Tielemans - Odegaard

Agreed but I'm not fully sold on Partey either so is it worth planning around him? Depends how much we can afford in the summer.

Great player but has zero stamina. Cant tackle either.

Hes a upgrade on Xhaka and a better choice over Arthur.

Stamina he does have. Not too sure about tackling though. Is better timed than Xhaka though, which isn't hard

Why did I always think Youri was a full back lol?

Good player though, I'd have him here.

really don't see this happening if I'm honest, he wants regular CL football which you can't offer yet, I think he'll end up at United

With him and a striker, we have a good chance of offering it though

It doesn't me really, Partey rarely has a good game and Tielemans is only a little bit better than Xhaka and basically does the same thing, would be much more excited getting in Zakaria and Bruno, with Zakaria benching Partey because hes much better defensively.

I can't believe some of you are writing off Partey so quickly, he's been injured loads and had to make lots of comebacks, yet when he's on form, he's rarely been bested in the Prem.

I've seen him dominate City and Utd's midfield, once he gets an extended run in the team he'll be more than worth it.
