What's with all the Algerians we're getting linked with? Must be in their golden generation

Everton are in talks with Porto about signing attacker Yacine Brahimi, according to Sky sources.

It is understood the Toffees are very interested in the 26-year-old Algeria international and talks have progressed well.

However, Sky sources understand convincing the player to make the move to Goodison Park is proving more problematic because his preference is a move to one of England's Champions League clubs.

I'd take him, but Porto are not the type of club to sell any player easily. Most of their sold players are overpriced (even before the madness of this transfer window) and don't achieve the awaited success abroad. I don't think, they would sell Brahimi for less than 40m and we wouldn't pay that kind of money for him.

He's looked dangerous whenever I've watched him.. Great dribbling/balance reminiscent of Hazard

Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City are among those keeping a close eye on Porto midfielder Yacine Brahimi, but Juventus, Napoli, AC Milan, Monaco, Marseille, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla and West Ham are also keen.

He is similar to sanchez. He hs worse vision and scores a lot less goals. Good signing as long as you dont expect more than 10 goals

Would be ok with him as an Alexis&Özil backup, as he's better than Iwobi/Walcott and co, but there are many better options who would improve our starting 11 out there.
