Would be a good replacement for Mustafi. Rated Umtiti highly during his Lyon days.

Can’t see it happening though. If he leaves he’ll most likely end up at a club like Utd, PSG, Atletico or one of the Milan clubs.

Umtiti is maybe one tier lower than Koulibaly, VVD and the like. No comparison with Mustafi lol. He was great for Lyon and great in his first Barca season.

It'd be a huge coup if we got him, but Barca will charge an arm and a leg for him.

You guys know he has career threatning injury and been out for months hence why they consider getting rid?

Arsenal are the favourites to sign Barcelona centre-back Samuel Umtiti, but Manchester United are also keen on the 25-year-old France international. (TuttoMercato, via Star)

Yep. He has loose knee cartiledge pieces in his knee. Same injury that ended Puyol's career.

No thanks then. It's not worth spunking bucks on a guy whose knee could explode at any second.

What's the point of a 40m player if he can't even walk onto a football pitch
