Dinamo loaned him to Inter last January for about 2.1m, and he will permanently join them this summer for an additional 3.5m. Inter loaned the player initially because of their finances probably, he will be an official player of Inter this summer, but it seems they are already willing to sell him, which would mean that they could only sell him as early as upcoming summer.

I don't think Dinamo has any authority to sell the player now because it was a loan with buy in the contract.

And honestly, Kondogbia is the Inter midfielder we should looking to sign. Would really add some steel to our midfield.

he's good, but i dont know if he is good enough to walk in the first 11. he plays DM for Croatia behind rakitic and modric. but croatia, like arsenal, have been struggling to find a 'real' DM since niko kovac retired 5 years ago. also he has a very good long distance shot and decent work rate. he's comfortable with the ball, which is something wenger surely likes and he can defend, although he is probably not the DM people dream about. but he could potentially make a strong partnership with coq.

downside, is he comes from seria a and players from there havent really ripped it up in the premierleague and its also his first season in inter.

tldr: defensive minded midfielder entering the mature footballing age (23) who could be a rotation option for us or potentially a starter.
