"ming" is slang for stink.

So his name is basically Tyrone Stinks.

Personally was thinking more along the lines of Minger

minger
a male or female who fell out of the ugly tree at birth and hit every branch on the way down
God that girl/boy is so minging she really needs to work on her personality

Never seen this guy, but I think we would make him a CB. He is 6'3. Or monreal has become a CB and we are now looking for a left back to compete with Gibbs

Monreal out, Mings in?

Or we will buy him and convert him to a CB or worse still, use Monreal as a CB.

The only proven winner in red and white at this club? Arsene Wenger. Sack the board.

He's 6'3 and playing LB? From what I've read about him he seems more like someone we'd move to CB.

I think 6'3 means he is a CB in Wengers world. Sometimes its just much easier to do the simple thing like needing a CB and just buy CB

The Gunners will switch their attentions to making an £8m move for Ipswich Town defender Tyrone Mings in January if they are beaten to the signing of Borussia Dortmund centre-back Mats Hummels by Manchester United. (Mail on Sunday)

So if we don't get a genuine quality CB in Hummels, we'll have to settle for a pubber?

Between us and Chelsea, advantage Chelsea as his dad worked for them as a scout

meh Hummels is overrated, we need pacey defenders. Anyone if I was given the chance to sign Chambers or Hummels in the summer, I would say hummels, now I am glad we went for Chambers. English defenders are good imo

Just based on his old man working with them, but he would be mad to go there....just look at kalas and zouma, two very talented young CBs who cant get any time

I'd take him for £12-£15 million.
