Maybe they want Ramsey, Wilshere or Elneny to replace an aging Modric

Draxler or Isco?

Isco the better technician but I like the fact that draxler is 6"2' and could give us a little more of a physical presence. Feel we are lacking that with Giroud sitting out.

The only game where I have seen draxler from beginning to end is when schalke played Chelsea. And I must say I was mighty impressed. He'd pick up the ball deep, turn his marker and drive into the box. Long strides, powerful runs causing havoc among the backline.

that was his best season to date, currently a one off like ramsey was in the same year

Yes that's right. Link below

I don't think draxler or Ramsey for that matter are one season wonders. Sometimes circumstances affect a good players development and I think that's the case with both of them. Draxler gives us something different from the typical tidy short passing midfielders we have.

Real Madrid's Isco, 24, has put Premier League clubs on alert after revealing his frustration at a lack of game time this season - the Spain international has previously been linked with Tottenham and Arsenal. (Mirror)
