Let me guess, not really a striker, not really a winger, not really a CM, likes to play in the hole?

Hoffeinheim attacking midfielder Roberto Firmino, who scored 16 goals and made 12 assists in the Bundesliga last season, is a target for both Chelsea and Arsenal this summer.

Lol if we buy another attacking player.

Best league stats from him here by distance he never had double digits in goals or assists before but played not far less minutes.
Could be a freak value / one season wonder not convinced that he is Arsenal material.

the form he's been this season (& the end of last) has been amazing...
would be the perfect replacement for Santi, Rosicky & Podolski all in 1.

Wenger logic

We have like 5 attacking midfielders and none of them are decent at attacking

Thats the most ironic thing....aside from Ramsey last season, not a single one of those attacking mids can be counted upon for regular goals.

Cause of that he was among others thrown out of the squad at Hoffenheim end of 2011.

Good player. Caz has to go 24 pl games without a goal simply isn't good enough, this guy would be a decent replacement
