Lol. Everton priced Chelsea out of a move for Stones ffs. No way do we pay what they'd ask.

They turned down 35 million for him. I think Arsenal is doing what they do before every window. Feed the media about top players they want to buy to make it look like they are serious. I doubt they will buy anyone

yeah 10-15 million....We are talking about an England international now. This is 40 million player. If Chelsea cant buy him, there is no way arsenal would/ Everton wouldnt even waste time talking to us

I think he's a bit overrated tbh

Decent defender but wow he can dribble two yards and pass the ball, welcome to modern football England

Manchester City will allow defender John Stones to leave the club this summer, according to The Sun .

The England international has not started a Premier League game since January having fallen down the pecking order under Pep Guardiola.

Both Arsenal and Liverpool have been touted as potential destinations, with City keen to recoup most of the £47.5 million they spent on the centre-back in 2016.

Dear god no

If we are going for English CBs, Harry Maguire by a mile

City might be selling because they've noticed he's a future injury risk. Pep favoured him at the start of the season but he's been starting Otamendi and Kompany consistently for a while now.

Not a huge fan of footballers who tend to struggle with concentration.

Absent-mindedness is one of the most customary indispositions we see throughout the careers of consistently inconsistent sportsmen: an unforgiving infirmity, particularly for goalkeepers and defenders.

Stones is still relatively young and undoubtedly talented, however, there are better deals out there for the money he'd cost.
