Bayern Leverkusen will refuse to sell Hakan Calhanoglu for less than £29m. Arsenal and Manchester United have both been linked with the midfielder but will have to spend big to land the midfielder.

According to Turkish newspaper Aksam, Arsenal are set to battle Lazio and Chelsea for Turkey international Hakan Calhanoglu.
Calhanoglu has a £32.5m release clause at Bayer Leverkusen, and has previously been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League.

Calhanoglu is better in tackling and intercepting, can shoot much better, but Ramsey is comfortably better in every other aspect of the game.
I don't think he is what we need. Btw I don't Ramsey that highly.
