Exceptional talent but the last thing we need is another ball-playing CM.

A player who's better than Wilshere but can not get in the first team of the worst Inter side in decades. Kovacic is a promising talent but he really isn't better than Wilshere atm. Wilshere would walk in their first team - even on current form he's better than Guarin who has been a shadow of the player he was at Porto, Cambiasso similar story.

Ye hes a world class talent for sure, I actually thought he might be better than Janu, only other guy in there age i thought was possibly better than Janu is Delefolu.

Obviously, hes good enough to play for any team in Serie A. Reminds me of watching Luca Modric.

Wilshere without the injuries > Kovacic.

Wilsheres entire career is in huge jeopardy with the injuries. So Kovacic > Wilshere.
Like when Messi used to get crocked every 2 weeks you have to stay fit first.
Wilshere has to be one of the most lightweight players in the League.

I really rate Wilshere too, one of the best English midfielders i recall seeing at his age actually.

Yeah plus we've got two reasonably promising, young CM's in Zelalem and Crowley.

One of the few posititions we're actually stacked at, in all age categories.

When I seen stories linking us and Arsenal with him the other day... I did initially think why the f**k are Arsenal after him but then I thought hes probably so good that its worth going after him even though you dont need him.

Id be delighted to see us spend 30 on this guy. At worst you lose 15 in a few years if he flops.

The thing is, what 19 year old CM carried a side of United's caliber for several consecutive season in the past? Most CM's really start being Influential and consistent when they reach an age of 23-24. What United need is a more proven/experienced player who's closer to that age, Miralem Pjanić and Nuri Sahin come to mind.

Thought Sahin looked very poor with Madrid but we know that can happen.

I think we need this guy and another actually, IF we could get him Feillani and Carvalho in there could see it working big time.
He definetly will not have the same impact here but i dont recall seeing a player from Serie A in a video recently where I was 100% sure he would do well here. Am 100% on this one barring injuries obv..............

could be wrong who knows.

not seen enough of Pjanic.

Yeah Sahin's a bit similar to Jack, bags of talent but struggles to stay fit for a full season which slows down his development.

Will be very interesting to see Croatia in Brazil with this guy in the mix. I seen them play Spain of the park or sorry Modric play Spain of the park before.
Croatia could be in the mix here with Kovacic and Modric in there.

With all due respect to the 2 pub teamers you mention, if we don't sign players cos we have the, Wenger should be sacked
