He handed in a transfer request and seems like Soton wanna sell him but not to Liverpool. We should bid tbh dont think Wenger would want a CB now tho

He would be very overpriced, like 50m or so. Let City or someone have him. That money should go towards a Cazorla/Walcott replacement .

Agreed. Although we should have got him when we bought Gabriel instead imo.

I'm not so sure. They seem really pissed off with Liverpool lurking at their gates for the last 4 years.

This time they've tapped up another player and turned his head which has properly annoyed them.

I'm really hoping they stand firm because van dijk could actually help sort them out...

After Friday's defensive performance we need an out and out defender, looking at last year when we completely compitchulated to teams when injurys and suspensions took out Kon's and Must'f. Gabs and chambers aren't good enough and need to be moved on, Holding is looking a good buy but just needs time to flourish and the BFG is going to the academy next year. Dijk is a decent player and looks like a leader we sadly lack.

Up The Arsenal.

He'd be a good signing for any of the top six sides ... you need four quality CB's ... Spurs probably have the strongest line-up and even they're in the market for another one ... we should go all out to sign him ... big message

I'd say we were overstocked with good defenders, theres no point disrupting it.

disagree, we need a strong CB
cheers!

Wenger will say "we have the numbers" at CB and point out that "Elneny can play there too".
