Hes going to be 28 in april. He's practically missed 2 years due to injury and poor form.

At the same time, his poor form might just be down to disillusionment that his dream move with his homeboy ozil has turned to shit and he seems to be the forgotten man along with that Spanish DM.

There's still the issue of his injuries, but at the same time, would it be worth the gamble considering he's coming for free?

What's the point of having an expensive star if he can't play for you?

If he had signed in the summer, we would only now be seeing him playing again and he'd be rusty as hell.

I'd probably play it safe and spend money on a younger player with big potential. Nothing worse than having an RVP sat in sick bay for years, arguing what ifs like we have done so many times, while his wages block any move for a proper alternative.

Real fans have been complaining about Khedira all year long, calling him their worst player. Didn't want him beofre this year, and certainly don't want him now.

If we were to get Pogba it would most likely mean keeping Arteta or buying some cheap young DM who would come knowing he is a back up or we could promote Bielik.

Would much rather spend the money on Christoph Kramer or one of the Benders. Can't see where he fits into the squad anymore, if you want new CM we can do much better than Khedira.
